removed soon after its expiration date. In order to be able to sell your Website or Domain Names, you must provide the proof of ownership. In the case of sales of a website, the seller is responsible for the smooth transfer of domain/website to the buyer. https://Digg.Info Domain Marketplace will not take any responsibilities whatsoever between the buyer and seller..

Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liabilityor incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation orexclusion may not apply to you.

Termination:

The term 'commercial electronic mail message' doesnot include a transactional or relationship message. Anyone reported to https://Digg.Info Domain Marketplace for sending SPAM will beimmediately reported to the FTC for violation of the CAN SPAM act of2003.
